About the Role

Based in Adelaide, reporting to the General Manager Product amp; Loyalty, this newly created role will be responsible for the loyalty program optimisation including member acquisition, engagement and retention. This role will bring together all Journey Beyond brands to create affinity, drive advocacy and purchase behaviours across the group.

About you

Your ability to not only iterate our emerging loyalty program, but guide and shape its future development, identifying areas and opportunities for us to gain deeper insight regarding our guests and provide greater value to both our guests and partners can be demonstrated through your current experience.

You have a minimum 5 years of experience working with insights, and advising key stakeholders based upon data to assist in strategy direction and marketing campaigns to support the loyalty program growth. You have proven experience managing commercial partnerships to deliver enhanced value for the loyalty member.

Its likely you have a degree in marketing or business and enjoy the investigation piece of what drives guest buying behaviours which is supported through your analysis of complex data and business insights. You are creative, driven and have an eye to see emerging patterns, trends and market responses, influencing guest retention, engagement and value for our loyalty members and partners.
