You have skills like:
- Excellent Communication skills
- You are resilient and can work well under pressure
- Customer Centric individual with problem solving skills
Hopefully you also have previous experience of working in a call centre and attending high volume of inbound calls. A candidate with strong knowledge of BPO industry and KPIs is very much attracted to us.
A day in the life
Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for serving a critical role with Fines Victoria and providing exceptional support to help customers with their requests.
This Casual role provides you an excellent opportunity to earn while you learn.
Reporting to a Team Leader, you will be pivotal in providing high level customer service support to customers, ensuring queries are responded to in the most effective and efficient manner.
