Growth Gurus are seeking a Head of Client Strategy to join their global team who will act as the catalyst for growth in this business. They will lead a highly skilled group of digital marketers across growth, marketing, sales and client delivery activities.
This role will be varied and fast-paced and responsible for:
- Placing emphasis on growth and providing leadership to the Growth Gurus team
- Executing the sales strategy, bringing a sophisticated approach to marketing and leading the business development of new markets and customer acquisition.
- Focusing on ensuring sustainable and consistent revenue growth and profitability
- Orchestrating market growth, expanding the customer base and introducing new offerings.
- Being able to relate to and understand customer requirements and being skilled at opening doors, developing new partnerships and growing a business.
- Leading the team with a hands-on style of management.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- The entrepreneurial spirit of being self-motivated, independent and diligent.
- A readiness to step up into a General Manager-style role
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field e.g. Marketing, Business, Media and Communications.
- Proven success in leading a high-performance team across marketing and/or sales.
- Adaptive and agile personality in order to thrive in the ever-changing digital marketing world.
This role is full-time, remote - we prefer our staff to work synchronised hours being 9am - 5pm (AEST).
