This role is challenging, interesting and integral to the service we provide to our clients via the SOE Management team. The SOE Management team is responsible for maintaining the Standard Operating Environment using both traditional and modern toolsets, application packaging and ensuring compliance across our customer environments.
About the Role
As a SOE Applications Team Leader, you will lead a team of SOE Engineers to ensure best practice support methodology is applied and customer outcomes delivered driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
After hours and weekend work may be required as well as onsite and remote work.
Please note, you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to achieve Australian Government Baseline clearance to be successful in your application for this role.
What you’ll do
As SOE Applications Team Leader, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned resources
- Monthly reports and documentation
- Provide regular and relevant updates
- Ensure tickets are up to date with detailed notes
- Efficient and effective use of the call management systems
- Identity and escalate matters appropriately
- Validate and assist in maintenance of client’s risk and issue registers
What you’ll bring
We are looking for someone with extensive IT industry experience and 5 years plus in an SOE management role. You are passionate about your work, proactive, client-focused and believes in customer service as a point of differentiation in a service offering. You can work both independently on competing priorities and as part of a team.
