The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Project Coordinator who is looking for an opportunity to learn and develop within a supportive team environment and develop their technical skills.
Responsibilities
Project Preparation
- Liaise with PMO Manager to Assign a PM to projects
- Enter Project in Connectwise
- Establish billing Milestones
- Liaise with Project leaders and project consultants
- Establish Billing Milestones
- Create Project Billing entries in Billing Forecast Spreadsheet
- Update the project completion checklist
- Ensure the project billing is accurate and completed accordingly.
- Initiate Project Survey request
- Weekly project status reports
- Monthly finance reporting (collaborating with the finance team)
- Assisting with reporting aspects on the utilisation of resources, forecasting dashboards, preparation of monthly reports etc
- Maintain and report on Billing milestones by liaising with each project manager
Billing and Finance
- Establish Billing Milestones
- Create Project Billing entries in Billing Forecast Spreadsheet
Project Completion
- Update the project completion checklist
- Ensure the project billing is accurate and completed accordingly.

Reporting

Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Experience working within a project environment in a project officer or coordinator role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to influence groups of people to gain consensus
- High level of initiative, problem solving and organisational ability
- Strong customer service ethic
- Proven commitment to personal improvement outside the work environment
- The ability to embrace change and proactively seek continuous improvement
- PMI or Prince 2 certifications
- Have worked in PMO
- Working in MSP businesses
- Experience implementing ITIL processes
- Experience managing small projects/work requests
