About The Role

We are looking for a Clinical Inventory Coordinator who can liaise with all of our Australian clinics to ensure that they are adequately supplied with the inventory required to undertake monitoring. You’ll work to ensure a unified approach and consistent practice in regards to inventory management across all sites. In this role you will also be responsible for liaising with Seer’s Service Department on equipment maintenance, repairs and updates.

To be successful in this role, you should be detail orientated and comfortable talking to people with a range of backgrounds. You should enjoy solving problems and be comfortable to make decisions and fulfil tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all clinics are adequately supplied with assets and consumables
  • Coordinating the roll out of updates to all assets and some coordination of equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Producing and maintaining documentation of asset and consumable management practices
  • Monitoring the quality / consistency of asset management practices
  • Ensuring consistency in asset and consumable storage and management in clinics

About You

  • You have 1-2 years experience in project management;
  • You have experience working with many people across different teams within an organisation;
  • You are well-organised and fastidious in your documentation;
  • You have the ability to solve problems rapidly and at times, autonomously;
  • You have the ability to give constructive feedback;
  • You have experience in asset management and logistics is of a high value (but not required)
