Our Service Centre provides end user support to approximately 200+ organisations, and operates from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday. The team supports a range of technologies including Networking, Voice, Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Citrix.
The Traineeship position of Level 1 Support Trainee will initially work on our User Access Management phone queue, to respond to user requests in relation to accessing system accounts. Duties include:
This position is a phone-based role. The aim is to work initially on the user access management queue, where the work is repeatable and familiar. Then depending on the individual’s level of competency, there will be an opportunity to move onto more complex technical tasks.
As part of the traineeship program, you will be enrolled in a Certificate III or IV in IT, and have time to undertake your studies during work time.
