Job Description

Are you a wiz with creating repour and long-term relationships and are ready to take your real estate career to the next level? One of Place’s highest performing offices, Place New Farm, are looking for an energetic, customer-centric salesperson with a strong passion for real estate, impeccable time management skills, and a high level of attention to detail. This opportunity is ideal for a hungry and motivated sales enthusiast who is looking to immerse themselves in the field and learn from one of the best in the industry. You will have worked within the industry or within a customer facing role having received ongoing training.

Applicants must be confident communicators who LOVES being on the phone to anyone and everyone and are driven by targets focussed on the objectives of their position. This opportunity requires the candidate to work every Saturday, with a rostered day off during the week. It is ideal that this candidate has a Real Estate Sales certificate or is already in the process of completing.


Responsibilities

  • Buyer management;
  • Conducting open homes and private inspections;
  • Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building and pest, valuations and pre-settlement inspections;
  • Prospecting and prospecting administration (inclusive of occasional letterbox dropping);
  • Coordinating client bookings and meetings;
  • Provision of weekly vendor reports;
  • Door Knocking and letter box dropping
  • Database management;
  • Coordinating client bookings and meetings; and
  • General administration where required.

Requirements

Placing the right candidate is important to us. Possessing the following attitude, attributes and skills will be vital to secure a shortlisting for this exceptional opportunity and to ultimately flourish in the position:

  • Coachable, trustworthy and willing to learn;
  • Current QLD Driver’s License and suitable vehicle;
  • Real Estate Sales Certificate or in the process of obtaining one;
  • Experience in a customer facing industry;
  • Prior experience working with a sales and target driven environment
  • 1 -2 years’ experience within the industry is advantageous but not essential;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • High attention to detail
