Inspections Officer

Place Graceville are seeking someone that has a positive attitude and is self-motivating in nature to fill the position of Inspections Officer. Working across a clean portfolio of 300+ properties you will contribute greatly to ensuring properties under our management are well looked after and maintained and our clients always have a positive experience with us.

This is a full-time opportunity however workdays and hours can be flexible and can vary outside of ‘standard’ business hours.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and conducting routine inspections
• Preparing routine inspection reports (using PropertyMe) and sending finalised versions to owners and tenants
• Providing feedback to the maintenance focussed property manager on property maintenance requirements
• Scheduling and conducting entry and exit condition reports
• Managing and finalising bond claims, as well as mediating with tenants
• Providing exceptional customer service and a quality experience at each touchpoint

Requirements

• Current Real Estate Registration certificate
• Current drivers licence
• 1-2 years experience working as an assistant PM or real estate receptionist
• Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
• Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently
• Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure all clients receive the best experience
• Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
• Computer proficiency, Property Me experience preferred
