Requirements
As a UX designer, you will join our highly motivated cross-functional team and use your strong understanding of UX principles and data-driven research approaches to help define the future state for a suite of products.
Acting as the voice and advocate for our customers, you'll be responsible for conducting user research, customer interviews, surveys, and translating them into insights, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering, product, and business folks to find elegant and practical solutions to design challenges
- Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
- Effectively communicate insights to developers, designers, and key stakeholders
- Produce UX artefacts including personas, user journeys, sitemaps as needed
- Create designs, prototypes, and wireframes
- Conduct usability testing
Skills required
- 4+ years demonstrated experience in User Experience or Product Design
- Deep understanding of UX principles and best practices
- Ability to analyse and interpret data and qualitative feedback
- Ability to develop solutions to complex problems
- Strong UI skills are a plus
- Experience working in startup environments is a plus but not mandatory
