We are seeking a Project Coordinator on short term contract (8-12 weeks) to join the team at our North Sydney site in Sydney. Come to work each day, be part of a fun, authentic team and be inspired to delight our customers.

At the centre of our business is a team dedicated to ensuring we provide an exceptional customer experience. This role contributes to this customer experience by supporting our Commercial Sales Team and providing product information in an efficient, reliable manner. You will be responsible for administering quotes for commercial buildings/projects and ensuring product specifications are accurately documented. You will be known as an outstanding communicator with the ability to liaise with a range of internal and external customers. You are professional, can handle robust conversations and always strive to go the extra mile.

You will become an expert across all our brands and products, but don’t worry if you don’t know the difference between a tap and toilet, we will get you up to quickly.

As an experienced Customer Service professional, you already know what is required in this type of role though. So, if you can tick the box on the points below, then we want to hear from you!

  • Be available to start immediately
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service role
  • Strong computer skills within the Microsoft Office suite
  • Be known as someone who has a keen eye for detail and produces accurate work
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively with others
  • Experience using a CRM, bonus points if it’s Microsoft Dynamics365!
  • And finally, would enjoy working in a great team environment at our North Sydney site
