We are looking for a Head of HR Corporate Functions to join our team in North Sydney. Reporting through to the GM HR, this unique role will see you leading the strategic HR plan for your business partners, whilst remaining hands-on in the day to day activities.
A typical day could see you driving initiatives to support high performance and engagement, creating and implementing commercial people initiatives, coaching and supporting senior leaders, managing people related risks, and leading transformation change programs. The next minute you could be dealing with transactional HR activities, so as you can see it is a broad role that will see you being a trusted advisor not only to the leadership teams you support, but to the wider employee group.
