Reporting to the COO, our Business Systems Manager will be responsible for developing strategies regarding our data and technology infrastructure and executing them successfully to help us reach our systems roadmap to support a fast-growing business.
In addition to assisting the CEO/COO in the creation of the overall strategic technology roadmap for the organisation, the Business Systems Manager will have a particular focus on our internal systems and platforms.
Some goals the successful applicant will need to achieve over the course of the first year include:
- Helping to create and drive our digital roadmap
- Implementing our people management system (Bamboo HR)
- A final review and implementation of our CRM
- Implementing integrations between our systems (Deputy, EdApp, MYOB)
- Improving our system processes amp; drive efficiency
- Reviewing systems amp; technology costs in alignment with roadmap decisions
Your Responsibilities would include
- Acting as the key internal point of contact for all business systems amp; software used by Hearth
- Planning and executing the introduction of new business systems amp; retiring systems as required
- Planning and executing system integration across the business
- Working with the Hearth team to understand requirements amp; pain points in the ways we work
- Building and maintaining relationships with external points of contact at software amp; service providers
Requirements
- A degree in Business Information Systems or Computer Science, and/or relevant work experience
- Proven experience in system implementation, particularly in the areas of Finance, Employee Management, amp; CRM
- An ability to convert technical solutions into layman’s terms
- Excellent communication amp; interpersonal skills
- An ability to build a strong understanding of our business across all departments
