That’s why we are currently looking for a Freelance Recruiter to help us grow our freelancers team in APAC. Your goal is to contract the best freelance consultants out there! With +400 international applicants per month you are ready to take on high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

Consider this a starting point for the role of Freelance recruiter:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment amp; selection process in APAC (e.g. from sourcing candidates actively to facilitating the whole hiring process)
  • Make sure candidates have an optimal candidate experience
  • Responsible for proactive sourcing, cv amp; phone screening, interviewing, assessing, giving feedback, facilitating the whole process
  • Partner closely with the Recruiting Lead and make sure candidates move swiftly through the process
  • Embody and propagate our specific BOI-DNA
  • Effectively combine the above with more administrative tasks (e.g. scheduling interviews, e-mailing with candidates)

  • You're a people person!
  • You work remote, in APAC timezone, so that you can collaborate closely with our team in SIngapor
  • You are fully proficient in English
  • You have a strong interest in innovation, which makes interacting with candidates fuel your natural curiosity for this domain
  • You have min. 4 yrs of experience in recruiting
  • You can start immediately as a freelancer
  • Bonus: You have experience with Workable, our applicant tracking system
