Job Description
On the heels of market expansion and growth, Resonate is hiring a Finance amp; Strategy Operations Manager to power up growth and scale. Resonate is an Australian Scale-up organisation that has an enterprise Customer Experience (CX) platform (SaaS). The Resonate Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee platform leverages the latest technology including machine learning, text analytics, data visualization etc to deliver actionable insights to leading global companies. The company has a range of flagship customers and growing brand recognition in the space.
As a member of the Resonate Team, you will be working closely with the CEO and an exceptional leadership team at a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial analysis, decision support analysis, financial modeling and provide ad-hoc analytical support
- Build operational rigor and operational processes across all teams to ensure reporting and the delivery of core KPIs across the organization (Including Finance, Sales, HR, Customer success, operational team)
- Manage and lead external partners, vendor and stakeholder relationships (Bookkeeping, Accounting, Legal, etc)
- Provide strategic guidance to business leaders and support data-based decision-making.
- Be across legal contracts and reviews documents. You don’t have to be a lawyer, but you know the right questions to ask a lawyer and do initial reviews.
- Establish monthly cadenced business reporting, meetings and strategic goals.
- Drive key strategic projects and long-term transformational initiatives
- Be ambitious and hungry to reach for the stars and make magic
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in finance, operations and/or strategy roles
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, Economics), MBA and/or CPA is a plus
- Experience prioritizing, managing, and tracking multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to interact and influence decision-making processes at multiple levels
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Prior software sector experience is highly preferred, Cloud/SaaS is a strong plus
