About the role
We are seeking an experienced ECM Consultant with OpenText Content Server skills to join our Professional Services team! Reporting to the Solution Delivery Manager this role is based in our Sydney or Melbourne office. This role requires an individual who likes to work in a fast-paced environment and who develops positive working relationships with customers to foster lasting relationships and to ensure consistently high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
What’s Required?
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in:
- The full SDLC from business analysis/requirements elicitation to transfer to BAU/support.
- Analysis, design, installation/configuration, testing, migration, training and support.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers
- A high standard of documentation and deliverables
- Pre-sales RFP/RFT and/or bid management
- Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM/XP (desirable)
Who are we looking for?
- 10+ years of experience as a Senior Consultant
- Minimum of five years direct experience with the Open Text Content Suite Platform (Content Server)
- Team player comfortable working in high performing teams.
- Self-starter able to demonstrate initiative and manage an outcome.
- Outstanding communication skills written and verbal.
- Excellent analytic and problem solving skills.
Technical Skills
- in-depth technical and business knowledge to ensure efficient design, programming and implementation.
- Ability to drive system design covering infrastructure/capacity sizing, high availability (clustered environment) and disaster recover amp; backup.
- Experience in Information Architecture and Design covering
- Taxonomy Design/Workspaces
- Security Model/ACL
- Search amp; Reporting
- Metadata Modelling
Product Knowledge
- Content Server (10.5+) and dependent Modules
- Content Intelligence (WebReports and ActiveView)
- Workflows
- Enterprise Connect
- Records Management Suite
- Brava Blazon/Adlib Express
- Mobility (AppWorks, TempoBox and ECM Everywhere)
