The Position
As a Support Worker, you get to help people live fabulous lives! This could see you doing all kinds of things including:
It’s not about doing things for people, its about providing just enough support at just the right time to help them do things.
You are a guest in their home, not the other way around! Our belief in people’s abilities, and our fundamental respect for their human rights runs through everything we do.

Requirements
You might be already working in disabilities, studying, working in retail, hospitality, a trade or customer service. Maybe you haven’t worked for a while - no problem.
Melba Support Services knows that great team members come in all shapes and sizes, from all kinds of backgrounds, with all kinds of experience. Our team are as diverse as the people they serve so don’t count yourself out.
There are shifts available round the clock: morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight.
