Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition Lead you will have overall responsibility for the design amp; delivery of the Talent Acquisition framework and process. This will include strategic sourcing, interviewing, developing documentation and coaching hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices as well as any project work with relevance to talent acquisition.

Requirements

As the Talent Acquisition Lead at efm Logistics you will -

  • Design, plan and execute recruitment and selection processes for all vacancies
  • Implement sourcing and attraction initiatives including the proactive identification and approach of potential candidates using Seek, LinkedIn etc., and continuously build networks into target talent markets.
  • Partner with people leaders throughout the business to build hiring capability and ensure successful recruitment of all vacancies
  • Provide leadership to the Talent Acquisition team
  • Develop recruitment marketing, ensuring all advertising and promotion meets corporate brand guidelines
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and enhancement to the recruitment process
  • Develop and maintain a suite of recruitment documentation e.g. interview guides, reference templates, phone interview templates etc.

About you -

  • Previous experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition role in a growth business
  • Strategic Mind-set, with ability to deliver tactically and operationally
  • Driven by Values and Personal Ethics
  • Strong strategic sourcing capabilities
  • Ability to influence and coach stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of recruitment marketing principles and their application
  • Leadership and mentoring for the wider Talent Acquisition function
