Fonda is looking for FOH staff to join the teams at our new Surry Hills venue!
Our Team Members are the heart and soul of Fonda. Your shifts are always different as you'll work across both Front of House, Bar and Kitchen stations. Experience is essential as we need someone who can hit the ground running!

Requirements
- Working across Kitchen, Bar and Front of House stations
- Working on the door, greeting guests and managing waitlists
- Working the bar, dispensing drinks and ensuring exceptional presentation and consistency
- Preparing food items with speed and efficiency
- Cleaning duties, including closing the kitchen and Front of House
Guest Focus: You are completely obsessed with delivering an exceptional guest experience. You pride yourself on your ability to genuinely connect with people and make them feel welcome in your presence. You'll treat guests like they are friends or family visiting your home.
