Growth Gurus are seeking a fun and energetic Sales Coordinator to join their global team. This is a cross-functional role within the sales and delivery teams. The Sales Coordinator will play a key part in ensuring new clients are efficiently carried through the sales pipeline and successfully start their partnership with the Growth Gurus.
This role is both remote and flexible - ideally you would work from home (3 days per week) and in our office in Surry Hills, NSW (2 days per week).
Details of the role:
This role will be varied and fast-paced and responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Being the ‘engine room’ for business development and sales activities.
- Providing sales support to new and existing clients during the pipeline and proposal processes.
- Developing strong working relationships with our technology and industry partners such as Klaviyo, Justuno, Octane, Yotpo, Shopify, and Shopify website developers.
- Coordinating the response to inbound leads and scheduling sales appointments.
- Ensuring all relevant documentation (including proposals) and data is collated per client using Asana and other platforms.
- Assisting in preparation of quotes, proposals, weekly sales meeting agenda, sales metrics reports, and key marketing materials.
- Assisting with events, trade shows and networking events, as needed.
- Conducting research, drafting and positioning at the onset of new opportunities as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of competitor activity.
- Monitoring lead outreach automation, A/B testing and reporting on performance.
- Seamlessly transition new clients from the sales team to the production team whilst remaining the main point of contact (using email, slack and phone).
- Assisting in marketing campaign execution as needed.
- Any other duties as requested by Management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- The entrepreneurial spirit of being self-motivated, independent and diligent.
- 2-3 years experience in a sales or marketing role, with strong administrative and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft suite.
- Professional communication skills.
