Job Description

Marketing Coordinator - Place Estate Agents

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment to drive the corporate marketing function at Place Estate Agents alongside other members of the marketing team.

With several different stakeholders involved, you are a go-to team member, managing the relationship between our internal marketing team and external tech suppliers and stakeholders.

No two days will be the same; you might be creating, managing or evaluating marketing campaigns, managing the corporate communication calendar, curating quality content for our blog, or coordinating an exciting new project launch with third parties as required.

This position operates Monday to Friday from our James Street, Fortitude Valley HQ.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, build and execute corporate marketing campaigns to drive engagement and contribute to lead generation for our sales and property management professionals
  • Create or oversee the creation of assets for brand marketing and recruitment campaigns such as social tiles, video content, landing pages and forms
  • Manage the corporate communication calendar including social media, blog and EDM channels
  • Track and report on campaign results for key stakeholders, establishing benchmarks and making improvement suggestions
  • Regularly update and manage website content
  • Coordinate project launches and corporate events
  • Provide monthly reports on marketing performance for corporate marketing activities. Metrics include Google Analytics, social media and EDM statistics.
  • Contribute to the total effectiveness of the department, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience.
  • Tertiary education in marketing, communications, digital marketing or other relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with the HubSpot digital platform would be an advantage but not a necessity
  • Experience with Adobe Suite (Indesign and Photoshop), Premier Pro and Facebook Business Manager (preferable).
