ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of growth and evolution of our team, we are looking for a Resource Coordinator to join our team and ensuring all our resourcing duties are done accurately and in a timely manner.
The Resource Coordinator works directly with the Head of Service Delivery and indirectly with Head of Security Solutions to maintain a balanced level of utilisation across the group, and to help forecast ongoing resource requirements.
ROLE DUTIES
- Manage the allocation of technical resources as per requirement
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Head of Service Delivery and Head of Security Solutions
- Organise regular resource planning meetings with resources and reporting managers
- Assisting with reporting aspects on the utilisation of resources, forecasting dashboards, preparation of monthly reports etc
- Creation of projects as per requests
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with a background in resourcing is desirable
- Outstanding communication skills
- You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and resourcing applications
- Work well within a fast-paced environment and loves a challenge
- Exceptional time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Professionally presented, friendly, team player who is willing to go the extra mile for their colleagues
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role is desirable
