Job Description

Our small and very busy Pamp;C team is looking for an experienced administrative assistant to help us deliver value to the business we support. Whilst we'd love a person with prior HR admin experience, if you are highly organised and have strong admin skills, this role could give you the opportunity to move into an HR role. Under the direction of the Manager - People and Culture, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing employment contracts and letters of offer for new staff
  • Onboarding new staff
  • Conducting HR tasks such as staff induction and exit interviews
  • Administering our HRIS, ensuring employee data is up to date and accurate
  • Administering employee letters
  • Providing HR assistance to line managers, under the direction of the Manager - Pamp;C
  • Other administrative duties as directed

Requirements

The ideal candidate is highly motivated and organised professional with the following background:

  • Previous administration experience, preferably within an HR department
  • Competent with IT applications such as MS Word, MS Excel etc.
  • High level attention to detail
  • Drive and ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Ability to liaise and communicate confidently with employees across the business
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information
  • Work strongly within a team environment, but also capable of working independently to progress workloads and priorities
  • Any prior experience working within an IT organisation would be an advantage but not mandatory
