We have an exciting opportunity for a Creative and Content Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. This role is responsible for maximising the impact of Brosa by leading content creation and production, ensuring that all content meets our consumer and brand needs while delivering against strategic, campaign, and project objectives.

You will be passionate about creative and digital media, keep abreast of the latest innovations and trends, and proactively put forward ideas to deliver market-leading content.

As a Creative and Content Specialist at Brosa, you’ll get to:
  • Deliver strategic creative responses that support and extend marketing initiatives to improve brand awareness, digital presence and deliver to the overarching business goals.
  • Develop and manage a multi-channel content calendar.
  • Write content briefs to issue out to our network of freelance partners.
  • Ensure the development of all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice for all channels including but not limited to online, social media, video, print, email, blog, retail, and OOH.
  • Manage our network of freelance partners consisting of copywriters, graphic designers, videographers, and specialists.
  • Own campaign performance reporting to assess and optimise content. Taking into consideration data, feedback, user research, online analytics, and other sources of information to improve content.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to implement test and learn initiatives to drive ongoing incremental improvements around creative content.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to regularly monitor SEO performance and action changes as required.
  • Play a key role in the relaunch of our blog to cement Brosa as an authority in home furnishing.
  • Work closely with influencer and partnership teams to amplify content across multiple channels.
  • Deliver all content projects on time, on budget, and to specification.
  • Writing, editing, and proofreading content and managing asset approval processes.
  • Be across the ever-changing social and digital landscape and be able to identify and respond to trends.


What you bring to the table

  • 4+ years of creative and content experience
  • Have an eye for design
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Familiarity with SEO keyword research and SEO basics for copywriting
  • A creative heart with a commercial head
  • Driven with enthusiasm for experimentation and continuous improvement, excited to try new things, measure impact and learn
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing and consumer trends,
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing
  • Be solutions-oriented, have a point of view, and offer recommendations for how to achieve our goals and strategies
  • Must be a team player and enjoy collaboration
