About the Role:

The Merchandising Assistant will support the team with key administrative tasks as well as purchase order raising and managing the delivery schedule which includes chasing and tracking of orders to ensure goods are delivered in the agreed lead time.

Responsibilities:

· Assist the warehouse with daily discrepancies

· Follow up with the warehouse on possible missing stock

· Raise amp; manage delivery bookings

· Manage amp; oversee the warehouse bookings email

· Daily PO management in THG Procure

· Understand and communicate the delivery priorities to the warehouse

· Report discrepancies to suppliers ensuring to remain within agreed SLAs

· Liaise with accounts on discrepancies

· Facilitate any stock returns

· Report on and track stock profile to maintain sales availability and reduce overstocks

· Delivery schedule management
