Reporting to the Head of Marketing, we have an exciting opportunity for an Email and Loyalty Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for someone who brings campaign management expertise, is skilled at interpreting data and consumer insights, and has a passion for all things email. As the Email amp; Loyalty Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and performance of all email campaigns including broadcast and automation. You will develop strategies to deliver best-in-class customer journeys, leverage insights to improve engagement rates, and build robust plans to deliver the right content to the right customer at the right time.

As an Email and Loyalty Specialist at Brosa, you’ll get to:
  • Design, develop and implement strategic email campaigns that support activities in the marketing calendar and deliver to the overarching business goals.
  • Own campaign performance reporting, for all broadcast, automation, and SMS activities to assess and optimize performance and update key stakeholders.
  • Deliver database growth initiatives and optimise list segmentation.
  • Improve retention and engagement through targeted personalised customer communication.
  • Implement test and learn initiatives with the view towards driving ongoing incremental improvements, including split-testing on customer segments, subject lines, landing pages, template designs, and messaging.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to create and optimise automated campaigns that drive improved performance and efficiency throughout each stage of the customer journey.
  • Ensure design and layout of emails are optimised, user and mobile-friendly to deliver best in class customer experience.
  • Manage email deliverability, database hygiene, subscription management, and compliance with opt-in laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with the content team to ensure we deliver effective email content that boosts performance.


What you bring to the table

  • 3+ years of B2C email marketing experience
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing and customer segment building
  • Strong experience amp; skills with email marketing analytics and data-driven measurements.
  • Working knowledge of HTML for emails beneficial
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Has an eye for design and possess basic image manipulation skills using Photoshop
  • Driven with enthusiasm for experimentation and continuous improvement, excited to try new things, measure impact and learn
  • Tech savviness and a knack for quickly learning new systems.
  • A passion for staying up to date with digital marketing trends, analytics trends, consumer trends, and measurement
