About the Role

The main role of an Implementation Consultant is to assist in implementation projects for new and existing Datacom PaySystem clients for Payroll, Employee Self-Service, HRIS, Reporting and integration to third party applications. For the right individual, the role will develop into a Lead Professional Services Consultant role with extra responsibilities and opportunities

What you’ll bring

  • Practical knowledge of a implementation cycle and key elements of a solution design for Payroll
  • Excellent presentation skills and negotiation skills
  • Experience in a project environment
  • Successful delivery of Payroll or Time and Attendance or HR Systems
  • Functional analysis skills
  • Understanding of c#, JavaScript, .Net, SQL, Json amp; RESTful API’s
  • Excellent customer liaison ability

Responsibilities

  • System configuration, data manipulation, and data migration
  • Parallel run testing and audit checks
  • Supporting both internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify any project risks and escalate as required
  • Provide feedback on migration process and drive internal process enhancements
  • Providing client training on Datacom systems
  • Act as a supporting point of contact for projects as they transition to a live client
