Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures is proud to be the region’s most awarded, experienced, and longest running tour operator as we offer the widest range of day trips and luxury overnight adventure tours to the spectacular Horizontal Falls and the scenic surrounds.

Based in Broome and reporting to the General Manager Horizontal Seaplane Adventures, the Operations Manager is responsible for the operational and logistical management of aviation, marine, hospitality, housekeeping, and guest services operations.

Working closely with the General Manager you will ensure effective planning and management of the business’s aircraft and marine vessels that demonstrates minimal down time through efficient and effective, proactive and reactive maintenance planning. You will lead develop, manage, and mentor the team and regularly communicate the vision, mission, and business plan objectives. Working with our crew you will ensure employees from our various departments are appropriately trained and motivated to effectively deliver the guest experience.

You see a business through the people, through the numbers, but mostly, through the experience of visitors to the Horizontal Falls. You will also build strong regional relationships, add value to the tourism sector and you will take very seriously, the responsibility of providing an important community service. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the business and its people continue to deliver operational excellence.

Ideally you will have an understanding of the travel and tourism industry and have had some exposure to the Marine or Aviation industry, but this is not essential.
