You are a motivated Service Desk Engineer with at least 2 years experience providing Level 1/2 support IT who is ready to take your technical skills and client-focus to the next level by joining our growing Service Experience Team. You are passionate about technology and love to work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver an exceptional ‘service experience’. You understand the value and importance of IT to an organisation and can translate complex technical ideas into plain English for non-technical users. You are well-organised, reliable and thrive working autonomously or in a team environment.
