The Sydney Branch is seeking an Operations Manager, Specialty Services for the Residential, Pre Construction, Pre Purchase and Birds divisions operating out of theLidcombe offices and reporting to the Branch Manager
The successful candidate will be passionate, enthusiastic with a can do attitude, looking for a role with a challenge, where integrity and drive for leading people will be key to your success. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to lead the service delivery with our Technicians, LSM’s, Customers and internal stakeholders at a local level. Safety will be your highest priority followed by delivering the best service, at the lowest possible cost, with our values of Service, Relationships and Teamwork being the core focus of this role. The Operations Manager will drive team engagement resulting in strong teams, staff retention and consistent service delivery.
The role
This new role will be currently responsible for 24 technicians, conducting some of our most high risk services, across the Greater Sydney Region, however our business is currently in a growth phase and we have ambitions to grow the team. The Operations Manager Specialty Services will also manage relationships with key internal stakeholders that are crucial to the team's success, such as the Customer Service Manager’s, Sales Executives, SHE BP (Safety amp; Compliance) and HR BP. The Operations Manager Specialty Services is a senior leader within the Sydney business, managing a high performing team whose success is essential to the success of the overall branch.
