We are currently seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) manager in Adelaide. This role is initially required to fulfil a Capability Acquisition amp; Sustainment Group (CASG) acquisition project role in delivering a significant capability to Defence.

Our ILS practice focuses on ensuring that our client’s support needs are understood, defined and can be met by an effective and efficient Support Solution.

Requirements

If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

• At least 10 years’ experience as an ILS Manager within Defence acquisition programs
• Knowledge and experience in the development and conduct of an ILS acquisition program, including requirements definition, production of plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS’s) and schedules.
• Experience in the conduct of a Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), including RAM Analysis, FMECA, MRD, LORA and Spares Optimisation.
• Experience in Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis.
• Experience in establishment of Support solutions, including working closely with support contractor to establish and define the support solution.
• Experience in the transition of an ILS program to the In-Service support organisation, including transition of the required ILS artefacts.
• Excellent client management/stakeholder engagement skills
• Consultancy experience (desirable).
• Chartered Status with Engineers Australia at Engineering Technologist or Professional Engineer level (desirable).
• Have a current Australian Defence security clearance.
