You will be:
- Engaging and building relationships with our clients, facilitating their requests to buy, sell, and trade cryptocurrency
- Involved in direct client engagement
- Providing general assistance and support around security, storage, and safe management of our clients’ cryptocurrency assets
- Working closely with operational teams in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Working with leadership and management teams to develop products, strategies, and contribute proactively to the ever-evolving cryptocurrency ecosystem
Requirements
- Completed a degree in business/finance or a related field
- 2 + years in a client facing role at a financial institution
- An Understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and its principal concepts
- A high work capacity and highly flexible availability
- An RG146 or willingness to be completed
