Keystar Autoworld is part of Inchcape Australia who are a leading player in the automotive services sector operating in the distribution, retail and logistics markets and specialise in the sale of Subaru, Kia, Mitsubishi, Jeep, Volkswagen and Isuzu Ute.

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our highly successful service team. As a Parts Interpreter, you will work closely with the service team looking up and obtaining parts for repair orders, ordering parts and materials, participating in stocktakes and ensuring that you provide superior customer service to both our internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, the person we are looking for will have:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role managing the parts and accessories ordering, sourcing and maintaining stock levels across several brand partners.
- Experience within the day to day operations including pre-packing daily job requirements, batch print reviews, accurate quoting an invoicing of repair orders.
- Customer first approach with a willingness to go above and beyond
- Experience with Dealer software systems
- Self-motivated and able to undertake work with minimum supervision
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Financial awareness
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and great work ethic
