We are looking for a keen, energetic and customer centric person to join our Melbourne based team. Joining our technical support team you will be the first point of contact for all IT related requests.
Your Role:
- Interacting with our team to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions
- Data entry and updating employee and customer configuration items
- Conduct scheduled maintenance on Servers and PC’s
- Software testing, bug finding and reporting
- Bring willingness to learn how to identify problems and work backwards to solve them by understanding root causes, proposing possible options, making recommendations, and implementing solutions
Requirements
You will have:
- Network Security amp; Maintenance experience
- Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation
- ERP Experience
- G-Suite / Office 365 Experience
- Jira Service Cloud Experience
- You are able to set up and install computer and network equipment, maintain printers, and troubleshoot thin clients
- You have experience with IT support by implementing proven techniques that both resolve issues and increase customer satisfaction
