Rentokil Initial has a great opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team in Darwin on a full time permanent basis. In this role you will manage and supervise the installation, servicing and de-installation of Pest Control products through service planners and pest control technicians to 100% State of Service. You will also consistently recruit, train, manage and lead a stable team of service people to keep customers content to retain our services.
Responsibilities in this role include:
- Coach, mentor and train the Service Team to achieve targets
- Monitor and review service productivity rates, seek improvement and continually improve productivity, year on year.
- Implement the regional annual operational plan
- Conduct regular quality audits of specified client base and premises.
- Carry out pest management services as required to maintain state of service and revenue targets as set out by the business.
- Ensure Company service practices are met and identify opportunities to improve service standards.
- Ensure service efficiency is optimised through tools and technology available.
- Ensure the team’s company vehicles are maintained in a safe, reliable and clean condition.
- Proactively resolve customers’ issues.
- Develop and maintain long term customer relationships.
It will be expected that the successful candidate will have:
- 3 or more years in a Pest Management role
- Prior experience within the Construction industry (Preferred)
- High level of communications and commercial experience
- The drive to lead by example to set a high standard of customer service and standards
- Service complaint resolution
