Full citizenship for all people living with a mental illness in Australian society
In this project we expect 30% of the consumers referred will have insufficient health information and limited functional capacity information to support their NDIS access request. The Occupational Therapist (OT) will work with the identified consumers, utilising their clinical expertise and judgement to complete a high-quality functional assessment and provide a detailed report. The report will act as crucial evidence to support the NDIS access request. The assessments are to be conducted in the consumers natural environment i.e. at their home and local community. The OT is expected to work across Perth Metro Region. The position is based at East Victoria Park office, with an option to also work from Rockingham and Joondalup office.
As an Allied Health Worker, you will have Qualifications and registration with the relevant accreditation body in your field.
