We are looking for a top-tier certified ethical hacker with high-level hacking skills to specialise in penetration testing and other testing methodologies that ensures the security of our information systems. As a certified ethical hacker, you will research our systems, identify weaknesses, find ways to penetrate them, and advise on security upgrades.
Your Role:
- Responsibilities for researching our company's system, network structure, and possible penetration sites
- Perform threat analysis, penetration tests, deep-dives and incident assessments
- Hunt for threats, anomalies and cyber-related disruptions
- Regular write-ups of threat intelligence reports
- Create high quality policies, procedures and technical documentation
- Provide suggestions for security upgrades
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to help detect new, interesting or unique threats and mitigations based on hunting observations
- Ensure security awareness across our organisation
Requirements
You have:
- Experience with applying security best practices to API Platforms in building large-scale, high-performance, resilient technology (preferably in an API-based business model)
- Proven work experience as a certified ethical hacker
- Ability to see big-picture system flaws
- Advanced knowledge of networking systems and security software
- In-depth knowledge of parameter manipulation, session hijacking, SQL Injection, and cross-site scripting
- Technical knowledge of routers, firewalls, and server systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
