Job Description
We are hiring for SAP CRM Technical Specialist for Melbourne location..
Requirements
- Participate business requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders related to SAP CRM specific business process changes including integration with digital channel, IVR, SAP IS-U and other interfacing applications
- Review the state of current solution and technical design architecture of SAP CRM processes; e.g. quote, contract, recontracting process and SAP CRM integration with ISU product, pricing and contract replication, integration with SAP PO and other integrating applications.
- Gap assessment and identify relevant technologies/applications required to augment new enhancement of technical design, solution design in niche areas such as utilities, contract set up processes from CRM end.
- Prepare SAP CRM technical solution impact and new design architecture, documentation in accordance with SAP CRM best practice and standard product capabilities
- Perform system configuration changes, unit and functional testing related to SAP CRM processes that are required to be changed as per business requirement.
- Prepare technical design documents, technical solution documents/ technical architecture document and present to relevant stakeholders for review and approval.
- Conduct workshops with project team to run through technical solution changes, perform development estimation, perform root cause analysis for any system errors and deliver required fixes.
- Perform required development and deployment activities to deploy the system changes in live environment.
- Extensive expeirence in ABAP/4 programming in Web Request, Proxy, Interfaces, ALV Reports, SAP Reports, Idocs, Smart forms, Adobe forms, Menu Painter, BADI, Workflow, Web-services, BRF+, CRM Web UI, Object Oriented Programming is mandatory
- Working experience in automation unit testing, TDD, ATC, automated code review
- Working knowledge in an Agile projects and follow Agile delivery ceremonies
- Knowledge of UI5, ODATA, NetWeaver Gateway are preferred
