About the role

We are currently seeking a Commercial Pricing Administrator to join our Bids and Pricing team! You will be responsible for preparing the profitability analysis for special pricing requests and providing support to the Bid Team.

Requirements

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain up to date records for all pricing and bid support requests, identifying and filling gaps in data
  • Prepare and publish scheduled reporting detailing the status of pricing / bid activity
  • Efficient analysis of financial data for both ad-hoc analysis and reporting purposes
  • Prepare regular reporting for the Pricing and Bid Team, utilising SAP, SharePoint Online and advanced Excel skills
  • Collaborate with and support key stakeholders across the business on projects where commercial pricing analysis is required
  • Provide reporting and administrative support to the Bid Team as required

Who are we looking for?

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred e.g. Business or Commerce etc. or relevant work experience
  • Minimum 12 months experience of data analysis and reporting development
  • Advanced Excel skills, VBA
  • Experience using SAP or other similar ERP systems
  • Advanced knowledge of O365 (SharePoint Online, Teams, Flow, Forms) highly regarded
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships, credibility and trust
  • Commercial acumen
  • Ability to prioritise, think on your feet, learn quickly and retain information
  • Attention to detail
