The Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support our clients and manage sales activities. The Business Development Manager’s role is to support the new Business opportunities for BagTrans.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating new business opportunities
- Understand BagTrans Customers and develop opportunities with the correct strategic fit for the business.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and potential customers and continue to meet customer requirements.
- Understanding the current market Transport market
- Site and Customer visits across Melbourne areas
What you will bring to the role
- Ability to develop business through networking and developing relationships.
- Proven track record of converting leads to sales.
- Sales experience in the Transport Industry
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or relevant role
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Solid experience with software programs
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Positive mind set and attitude at all times.
