About the role

We are seeking a motivated and very experienced casual Office Administrator to join our team at Darwin Harbour Cruises.

This role is primarily responsible for end to end office administration incorporating customer service and reservations. This role will suit someone with a customer centric background, flexibility around shift times, a passion for the area and a great attitude to customer service.

Along with quest enquiries and responding to guest feedback, you will also take future bookings, manage general administration and be an all-around office guru. You will be involved in entry level finance administration support as the contact for accounts at Darwin Harbour Cruises.

About You

The ideal candidate will be motivated with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. You will be a team player with a demonstrated positive "can-do" attitude, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have previous reservations experience and ability to deliver professional customer service.

You will be competent in general administrative duties and be a Microsoft word champion. You will be organised and agile in your thinking and practical implemented of tasks.
