Job Description
Resonate provides ambitious and creative UX/UI interns with a real opportunity to learn how modern Software as a Service is designed, shipped and operated at scale. Primary role of a designer at Resonate is to become the voice of our users and to design delightful product experience.
A typical week of a designer at Resonate involves user research, brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and collaborating with a cross functional team to ship great products. You will be working closely with customers, stakeholders and senior designers. We expect our interns to work on real-world projects, just like our other employees! Our goal is to have you work with a mentor to get hands-on experience in all aspects of design and contribute to shipping out an amazing product.
We combine the latest technologies with modern tools in an agile framework to give you the best training in preparation for a career in the industry. You will be working on software that enables large enterprise businesses across the globe to listen to their customers all day, every day. With Resonate's Business Intelligence and Workflow tools, actions can be taken based on the customer's feedback.
Requirements
- Finishing up or pursuing a graduate degree in relevant fields (human-computer interaction, web or visual design, computer science, preferably in your 2nd or 3rd year of University)
- Authorized to work in Australia
- Experience with web/mobile application and visual design, with good knowledge of design tools (for example Figma, Sketch, Adobe suite).
- Have a problem solving attitude with communication skill to articulate ideas and designs
- Be passionate about design and technologies.
This is a full-time/part-time internship. We aim a duration of around 6 months, but this can be extended if and when appropriate, or possibly even turned into a permanent role.
