We have an exciting position available for an experienced Sales professional to join our vibrant, passionate, fast paced team based in Darwin. This role will involve travelling to Alice Springs, Katherine and Gove approximately every 3 months.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling
• Servicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase sales
• Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve set sales targets
• Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
• Identifying customer needs and knowing how to deliver successful sales

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Ability to cold-call amp; plan to sales territory
• Ability to travel as requested
• Full Australian Driver licence
• Self-Motivation and ability to work autonomously
• A passion for hunting new business and being recognised and rewarded
• Good time management skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Highly Desirables

• Experience in a Pest Control or Hygiene industry
• Experience within Business to Business amp; direct sales
• Excellent sales, solutions amp; negotiation skills
• Strive to reach amp; exceed sales
• Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
• Commercially focused

You will be welcomed into a friendly and competitive team that are highly motivated and focused on achieving goals and results. You will be given full product training, with hands on assistance from the Business Manager and the Sales Team.
