Morayfield Service are currently seeking a customer focussed and results driven Service Advisor. Working closely with the Service Manager your focus is building and maintaining exceptional customer relationships. You will be responsible for managing the end to end process through booking in the service, explaining the service to the customer, providing quotes and repair estimates, partnering with the Workshop Controller regarding work being carried out within agreed timeframes to handing over the vehicle once the service has been completed. In addition, you will be a brand ambassador for the Keystar business whilst also partnering and building successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful you must possess the following:
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to exceed the customers expectations.
- Experience in a fast paced, customer service and sales environment, and
- A full drivers licence and sound driving record
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to think on your feet
