We have an exciting opportunity for a Carrier Escalations Manager to join our team based in Moorabbin. In this role you will be working collaboratively with our customers and carriers to proactively manage high-end escalations and queries in a timely manner by developing solutions to these escalations. You will play a critical part in our solution delivery strategy, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- Deal with high-end escalations from the Customer Service Team
- Act as an escalation point from Customer Service through to Operations
- Prepare correspondence and spreadsheets for carriers, customers and internal use
- Liaise with other departments in regards to procedures and escalated issues
- Engage with carriers to promptly resolve escalations
- Monitor systemic carrier operations and proactively act on identified issues
- Leadership responsibility for Carrier Escalations Specialists
Requirements
- Prior leadership experience within a customer service role in a corporate setting is essential
- Sound knowledge of the Transport/Logistics Industry
- Previous exposure to Carrier Operations
- Previous Salesforce experience
- Strong Conflict Resolution, Problem Solving and Communication skills
- Analysis and reporting skills
