We’re looking for a recent graduate to join us as an MDM Analyst to join us in our growing team in Moorabbin. Requirements
As an MDM Analyst with efm your key responsibility will be maintaining a high-quality ERP system, including governance and accountability for system accuracy. You’ll do this through:
- Timely and accurate actioning of cases
- Validation of data against contracts to eliminate discrepancies
- Issue resolution, with a focus on long term solutions
- Problem solving invoicing amp; credit issues
- Proactively communicating around, and efficiently resolving all discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders
- Ongoing stakeholder training to enhance processes amp; systems
- Process improvement and efficiency identification
Who we’re looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, or similar
- Outstanding Excel capabilities and desire to continue learning
- Strong capability in manipulating, analysing amp; interpreting data to drive decision making
- Demonstrated strong mathematical ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
