About the role
We are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join our Marketing Team! Reporting to the National Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for managing marketing communications to deliver on lead targets for assigned acquisition portfolios and driving overall brand objectives, focusing on strategy, planning, media planning and budget management for all marketing sub functions.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for creative, media and content focusing on strategy, brand positioning, media buying and ensuring deliverables for category and meeting set objectives.
- Product launches, events, trade show marketing, sales collateral, merchandise development.
- Planning amp; optimizing a perfect media mix for promotional campaigns traditional media, digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO/SEM.
- Develop media relations strategy, create content amp; seek placements in related online amp; offline mediums. Build relationship with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.
- Create effective content strategy with high engagement and user acquisition/retention rate.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop amp; deliver sales-driving collaterals like brochures, flyers, pull-up banners, branding.
- Coach, mentor and guide the Demand Generation Sales Executive in lead acquisition, along with their personal development and growth
Requirements
Who are we looking for?
- Demonstrated experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong understanding of inbound amp; outbound marketing
- Project Management skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Understanding of B2B sales process
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
