About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Defect Manager to join our Civica Justice Service business unit, working within the Melbourne office on a 6 months fixed term contract. As Defect Manager you would the point of contact for all Customer Observation and Defect issues and is required to facilitate ongoing support, reconciliation of defect across multiple repositories based on the documented defect management process. You would also be required to offer guidance to the software development and operational teams as and when required.
