About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Test Manager to join our Civica Justice Service business unit, working within the Melbourne office on a 6 months fixed term contract. As Test Manager you will be responsible for defining and implementing the test strategy and approach for the testing across the project including functional, non-functional testing. You will be actively involved in the Project Leadership Team in defining and continuously improving project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement test strategies on the project work-streams.
- Provide guidance to project staff in relation to test best practice
- Manage all phases of testing: plans, resources, costs, timescales, test deliverables and auditability
- Assist with Requirement Management and Defect Management best practice application
- Executing test plans, either manually or through automation
We are looking for a dynamic amp; driven Test Manager with proven experience in a similar role as well as:
- Experience of test tools for automation and performance monitoring.
- Excellent understanding of Quality Planning, Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- Experience in testing across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Broad understanding of the Agile Scrum methodology
- Commercial awareness and the ability to generate follow-on business.
- Excellent customer-facing skills.
