About the Role
As Resource Manager you’ll be responsible for driving an environment that enables our people to connect to the experiences which enrich their lives and careers. This role activates the day-to-day operations to ensure we maximise business performance and deliver on our talent commitment through proactive management of our talent pool.
You will use your knowledge and relationships to ensure we maximise productivity and develop our talent through their on-the-job experiences.
What you’ll do
As Resource Manager you will:
- Allocate the right people, to the right role at the right time
- Support project demand priortisation and supply augmentation
- Identify and provide insight in regard to workforce planning and skills, capability and trends
- Be able to work in a dynamic, highly virtual environment.
What you’ll bring
You will have extensive resource management and workforce planning experience from within a similar IT professional services environment. You’ll understand the core skills sets for all roles across the business which range from Service Desk through to Cloud Consultants and Customer Delivery Managers. You’ll also bring exceptional stakeholder management skills, be confident in challenging and/ or providing alternative solutions to a resourcing issues/ constraints and be able to work effectively under tight timelines. You’ll know spreadsheets inside out and be passionate about analysing data. Last but not least, you’ll be upbeat and determined to help people.
